I've long advocated for getting rid of the national flags on the uniforms and vehicles of Capitalist countries. They should have company logos instead. Of course they'll never do it as it might help break the spell of fake patriotism

This last happened during Thomas Sankara’s tenure. That alone explains the attention. The state produced 126% of the nation’s cereal needs, feeding itself with surplus.

Food security is not a speech—it’s math: fields harvested, storage managed, distribution controlled. The numbers now speak louder than ideology.

The State doesn't want to do good or to do harm. The state is a tool, like a knife. A knife doesn't want to cut your food (help you) / kill you. The knife is a tool & what "it" is going to do is entirely dependent on who wields it. For the State it's about which class controls it
