@CrimeWatchZW I went through the same thing, only I had my ID and a police report to say I needed my Sim replaced so that I could stop the thieves from requesting money for my contacts but they told me I had to wait 3 days for my Sim to be replaced. Now imagine the damage done in those 3 days
