@airindia My PNR number is QVAB4D. I paid INR 13000 approx extra for 4 seats (A,B,C,F) for the Delhi-Densapar leg. While checking-in via the App I was exploring if I could opt for an extra-leg room seat and chose 12A but did not 'confirm' as I was asked to pay extra again.

@airindia Have you even understood my issue? I paid for 8A. While trying to check-in, I explored seats with extra leg space. I chose 12A but since it asked me to pay an extra 3000, I did not confirm and tried to reselect 8A almost immediately. But I could not. I want 8A back!

@airindia Are you still looking into the issue I raised 'on priority'? Some things never change... the Tatas are raising the bar of Air India's legendary inefficiency and apathy, either ripping customers off or worse, costing them their lives! 'Palace in the sky' or 'Hell in the skies'!!

Bravo Air India! First, you lure customers with a promise of extra leg space for a fee, on your application for Row 7 on AI2284. People fall for it and what they get - same cramped space as any other seat behind who have

...paid less or nothing. Worse, you suffer claustrophobia because you have curtains dangling on your face. And when you complain, a reply, which shows the historic indifference and apathy of Air India. No mention of refund for a promise you failed to give.

@airindia i am flying by AI2284 to Delhi. I paid a premium for extra leg space, as advertised by you for row 7 seats. And what I got was a joke. The leg space was as cramped as any other row behind. I demand a full of the money I paid for the service. Bravo Air India!
