@Mollys_ADHD Stims are something I have only recently thought about as I am not yet diagnosed. I fiddle with necklaces & when I owned a locket I was always opening and closing it. I also hair twiddle and plait my hair. Also, nail biting and skin picking my cuticles 🫣
