You for your help one of the emails was saying canโt get compensation and directed us to the delay repay and then when we did that they directed us back to the compensation so Iโm gonna give them a call thank to sort this out thank you again

@WestMidRailway@Heidi_Labour@transportgovuk@MayorWestMids Completely get sometimes things can happen outside your control, but when they are 5/6 car trains running at non-peak times when the extra capacity is not needed surely there could be better planning for this.

@WestMidRailway@NumanAbdalWahid Yes please do the 08:18 was the same leaving people on the platform to wait another 30 minutes before the next train is not good where are the trains so short all the time at peek times been going on the last 2 weeks
@WestMidRailway why is it over the last few weeks? The 08:18 and a few other services are in a two Car formation why when it is peak time and should be a five car service are you putting on a two car service and expecting people to fit on? Looks like another Taxi to work. ๐ก
