It’s not just residency. It’s family here. I cannot emphasize how important this is to me. All attendings, residents and staff have supported me in all my endeavors, cheered me on in my successes and helped me grieve when I had loses.

It’s not an easy residency. That was certainly not part of my criteria. The difficulty in hours and complexity of patients makes me feel competent.
