The CanCon quota is most definitely outdated and completely unnecessary. While I agree with the general idea of promoting Canadian music, an enforced quota is not the way to go about it. #MUS2011W21

I think the best moments on an album or song can be amplified by a passionate live performance, especially when surrounded by people who love the music just as much as you do. #MUS2011W21

#MUS2011W21 I disagree with Wald's statement. Live music will always be relevant as it allows listeners to further connect with their favourite artists, to be able to hear the organic passion of live music is hard to replicate on record, even if it's a live recording

#MUS2011W21 As a consumer/collector of physical mediums (cds, vinyl, etc.) streaming has allowed the sampling of albums prior to purchase, while also still providing revenue to those artists
