Now that #FantasticFour is out, here’s my post-Endgame MCU ranking:
Thunderbolts was that good. Eternals was overhated, and easily the most rewatchable.
#FantasticFour is… fantastic! I’d put it right on par with #Superman. Perfectly cast, fun story, and while the CGI is hit-or-miss, Galactus was menacing. You felt his presence even off screen.
Truly a love letter to Jack Kirby and the Silver Age. And those mid-credits 👀
#Superman is electric. It’s full of energy and has James Gunn written all over it. This isn’t like any Superman movie we’ve seen before, and it follows a more MCU-style formula in the best way.
At its core, it’s just a story about a dude trying to do good in a world full of not-so-good dudes. David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan absolutely nailed the dynamic. Lois and Clark were ACTING. Their chemistry is fantastic, and every scene with them was a highlight. Also, Edi Gathegi’s Mister Terrific? Total scene stealer.
The DCU is in great hands. If they pace this the way Marvel did with the Infinity Saga, we’re in for something special.
American studios can achieve incredible visuals when they shoot globally.
Some landscapes just don’t exist here - and no amount of CGI can replace that.
Donald Trump claims he is placing a 100% tariff on all films produced outside of America that are brought into the country.
“Any and all movies coming into our country that are produced in Foreign Lands. WE WANT MOVIES MADE IN AMERICA, AGAIN!”
#Thunderbolts is so frustrating, and not because it’s bad, but because it’s phenomenal. Arguably the best MCU film since Endgame. The whole time I kept thinking: why couldn’t the rest of the Multiverse Saga be like this?
It’s grounded and character-driven, with real stakes and raw, emotional storytelling. The action hits, the humor lands, and the pacing never drags. And the CGI? Not bad for a change — no floating heads or rushed green screen effects.
This is the kind of Marvel movie that made me fall in love with the MCU. Gritty, bold, and full of heart.
I saw Interstellar at the Boeing IMAX in Seattle last night for its 10th anniversary, and it was absolutely phenomenal.
The visuals, sound, and overall experience were on another level.
If you have the chance to see it in a premium IMAX format this weekend, don’t miss it.
