If anyone stumbles into this account per-chance, I'm fresh to X and am going to begin providing wonderfully exclusive content, reviews, commentary etc on, well, primarily film content, but also anything that general public should find HIGHLY entertaining. I'm going to do a lot of X exclusive stuff...
Things that irritate me in Hollywood movies and most movies in general:
People not finishing their meals during dinner or dining scenes.
I am struggling to remember any movie that has people actually fully clearing their plates, which is standard eating practice for normal and sane individuals... Can anyone think of a film where dinner is actually finished and we don't see a half eaten steak, or a virtually full plate of pasta being dumped in the sink?
Rest in peace dear Anthony Stewart Head. I was a Buffy fan all the way, and Anthony was my favourite character and my favourite actor in the whole series. I will pray for comfort within his family. Sad day...
@daniel_ozuma35@CollinRugg These are the challenges of our life on this Earth. You know, it seems more common these days for families to have children with profound autism, which isn't detectable in pre-birth screenings. These parents have an even harder time raising children.
Genuinely interested in the chips Nvidia will release and seeing their performance in these new laptops. Will it play Fallout 3 with ease? Maybe even the original Quake? I kid. Or DO I?
Here are some comparison images from the DVD Beaver website... Left being the remaster, and right being the original DVD... The Madman DVD release has a similar, probably the same master...

It's been like 20 years since I saw the Japanese film 'The Ring.' Not as scary as I originally thought it was, but still VERY unsettling. Watched it on the original Madman DVD release which I always thought looked a tad murky, but still watchable... Until I got a hold of a 1080p remaster and then I re-watched it again on the spot! Almost felt like a new movie... Still a fan of the DVD release. One of the extras they put was Sadakos video standalone, so you could dub it yourself to a VHS and frighten your friends...
