i’m trying accept that “the darkness” is living alongside me. it doesn’t scare me anymore and i also talk to them (the darkness) a lot when they appear. so, the darkness sits in the passenger seat and i just don’t let it drive anymore :-)
@rukawaswaifu if the darkness inside me appears, aku udah engga lagi ignore them/pretend that they isn’t there or even let them drive me. i just acknowledged them, why is the darkness appearing? what’s triggered me? why am i feeling this way?
@rukawaswaifu simple nya, “maybe the darkness wasn’t asking to became my identity but it was asking to be acknowledged” and as i said before.. the darkness is still there in a passenger seat but i won’t let them drive the car (me) anymore..
yes, obviously. i don’t look very different with my younger me.. and obv she would recognize me because we would choose spongebob over everything, we would sing high school musical’s songs in a random place, we would screaming over a basketball player :-)
@ssefmun Would you think that if the kid version of yourself, maybe around 10 years old, met yourself right now, would he/she recognize you? And would you feel the same as the kid version of you?
take some rest. there’s no better thing to do for a burnout than a rest. rest yourself, get you some good foods, take a walk and watch the sunset, have some short vacations :-)
