@kellylinhayes White and male I might be, but “digital” is not Theatre. No point in a Twitter pissing match, but digital is enhanced TV. I’ve seen and reviewed (https://t.co/lHaNf1Qu1p) many worthwhile digital/Zoom preserntions this past year-and-half, but Theatre they ain’t.

@kellylinhayes …“physical” theatre? That is a classic redundancy. There’s digital, Kelly Lin, which has been an occasionally diverting substitute; but then there is Theatre, which will survive whatever and however - and soon, despite detractors.

@jeremyoharris Having read and seen them all, Wilson is as “safe” for white audiences as Sondheim is for show-tune lovers: surface assessments. There is as much undertone in “Jitney,” for example, as there is in “Into the Woods” or “The Tempest.” (Oh wait, that’s not...)
