After excelling in the local heats, the girls at St Peter's Academy have earned their place in the Premier League Inspires Challenge National Final and will proudly represent Stoke City Foundation ❤️🤍

Their social action project, inspired by the Premier League’s Inside Matters campaign, focuses on supporting young people’s mental wellbeing, a brilliant piece of work they can’t wait to showcase at the Hill Dickinson Stadium alongside over 50 other clubs 👏

Huge thank you to first team player Sam Gallagher for coming along and supporting the girls during their session, it meant so much!

Next stop ➡️ the National Final. Let’s wish them the best of luck! 🙌⚽️❤️

Deb is our CPD specialist, playing a key role in delivering continued professional development to our workforce as well as teachers in our partner schools. With years of experience working in schools as a PE teacher, Deb brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insight to everyone she supports within the education setting.

Her passion for physical education shines through in her planning, delivery, and the strong professional relationships she builds with those she works alongside.

This Stroke Prevention Day 2026, we're encouraging you to monitor your blood pressure. That's because high blood pressure is the biggest risk factor for stroke. 💜

If you have a high reading, you can help lower it by making some simple lifestyle changes.

Next week, Everyone Health are running Mini MOT's for our Stroke Wellbeing group and Ricardo's Seated Exercise group where participants can get their blood pressure checked amongst other health checks. ❤️🤍

This free drop in event brings together a range of health services and charities offering advice, checks and information to help men look after their physical and mental wellbeing.
