I would say this technology is very close, but not quite there yet.

@dlevine815 I have a paid account however it’s very clear it is trying to reduce compute expense sometimes (ie it gets lazy).

I’ve found the ones that leave to do ‘in house’ end up coming back. Be helpful with the transition in a limited way that protects your time and doesn’t share ur secret sauce.

I.e. record a video on site at the physical location with signage and a government doc with address to back it up.

Duct cleaning as a stand-alone business sucks generally.

We ended up just giving it away to boost install sales with my HVAC co.

However we may have stumbled on something. Client reporting over 100 SOLD duct cleanings in the last 30 days.

The most difficult HVAC tech skill to replace is a great diagnoser. Why waste their time doing grunt work.

perhaps they could do quick fixes only and leave longer jobs to others.

@therobertbrooks Went through that stage for years with my hvac co.
The trick in the end was hire more expensive, talented people. Delegate the roll to them 100% - at first they will do it 50% as good as u. Mistake will happen.
Eventually they will do it far better than you ever could have.
