I can't be the only one in favor of seizing all investments/aid outside of the western hemisphere at this point. While I personally don’t support any of our money leaving the country the next 10-20 years, if it’s going to be spent elsewhere or ought to go to our neighbors in North, Central, or South America! You know to people who don’t want to kill us and burn our cities to the ground and actually have the same values and moral beliefs we hold.
