@British_Airways Still no baggage on day 5 of vacation. They only refer to hotlines and the website. Got a bill of almost 300€ now for trying to reach someone who can help us with our issue. Finally we got a baggage tracking number. Can’t update the mail because the new mail address has 2 dots.
