Nursing Hones should be outlawed. The food is horrible and the professional staff is understaffed and underpaid. Avoid at all costs.
I myself would rather jump off a bridge before being admitted.👣👨‍⚕️

Spent over 45 years as a Podiatrist in Nursing homes . The solution is do without them. I’m convinced it’s cheaper and more advantageous to keep them home with assistance.

In case you’re not aware,Medicaid had not given our practice a $1.00 raise since 1990 when I became Board Certified. That year I received a $4.00 raise. If you’re counting on staying solvent don’t place your bet on Medicaid. 👣👨‍⚕️

Had an excellent workout at LifeTime doing the Arora 40 minute Program. So far so good need to work on getting between 5-10K steps next. If I eat better then all systems working. #FootDrAdvice

Exercise in any shape or form is key to an active lifestyle. Think young while not being. You can work out in any fashion. Sitting,lying or standing. Move any and all parts of your body at any time including facial muscles. “Glass half full” mentality. #SchailCFrankDPM

Term Limits makes sense. Senators 2 Terms as well as Congress. Social Security has been already paid by your taxes as well as Medicare. Medicaid is for low earners and is necessary. BTW- Please notice shortage of Doc’s in the US. It is not the Future of the younger generation.

Try to avoid Nursing Homes if at all possible. If you can’t,find out everything you can when you choose. Know the ratio of RN’s,LPN,aids & Dr’s per patient. How many pt’s per room,etc. Know all the Dept’s it has. #FootDrAdvice.
