Srs. del @bicing. Perquè després de caminar més de 15 minuts perquè totes les bicicletes elèctriques del meu voltant estan en manteniment, la bicicleta que agafo es queda sense bateria als 3 minuts de funcionament amb l'indicador dient que està completament carregada?
Perquè no s'ha pogut preveure una duplicació de la demanda? Qué s'està fent per carregar les bateries més ràpidament? Que s'està fent per què es faci un "bon" ús del botó vermell?
'Platform as a Product' and 'Thinnest Viable Platform' are absolutely compatible.
Curate a good experience: that's the core mission of a platform, not a huge lumbering product. 👍

@mattbarcomb@schmonz@mob__mentality So I happened to come up with this, the other day. In some sense, XP disappeared because it won: something like that way of working has become the default for large parts of the industry. But important things went missing along the way.
Tech companies must keep shipping cool new things or die. Not because customers require it, but because the best employees do. If your best programmers stop being able to ship new things, they'll leave to work somewhere they can.
Actually, the four team types from @TeamTopologies are incorporated as part of SAFe® - but that does not mean that "Team Topologies is now part of the SAFe canon".
TT is *much* more than just 4 team types...
