It is free and open for all, only a preregistration is required for logistics management.

Since this is a new initiative and hence a kind of inauguration of a series of events.

@ydnad0 It is indeed known as the birthplace of many philosophers, historians, poets, writers, mathematicians, scientists. It is still the case, widely evident, doesn't matter where we go we find people pioneering a field, having roots from Bengal. Unsure what it is heading to now!
