Now in the month of April 2024 same account service charges are again deducted. As per SOBC my salary account is exempted from

@HBLCare @HBLPak in November 2022 I faced the problem of wrongly deducted Account Service Charges on my salary account which were reimbursed on my complaint and follow up. In August 2023 it was once again deducted and reimbursed. In September 2023 it was deducted and reimbursed.

Now in October 2023 it is again deducted and the problem still exists. It's not the way to complain every month and get the problem resolved. Kindly have a permanent solution otherwise ask me to shift my salary account in any other bank. Kindly reimburse the wrong deduction.
