@RutgersAltRoute A5: I maintain a virtual call log via GoogleVoice, consisting of both voice and text message interactions. I find that many parents love texting rather than responding to emails or phone calls. I also have weekly parent shout-outs on my daily video announcements. #AltRtEd #EdTech

@RutgersAltRoute A5 We are using Remind with students which I think has worked very well, although texting has limitations. We have used Calendly to enable parents to schedule meetings. Most have continued to use email. It has been difficult to reach many during this time. #altrted #edtech

Benefits are the wide variety of materials available which also can be a challenge because it's too much. We need more uniformity as a school, district, state, etc.
