@LidsCustom My hats came, logo color isn't what was on the proof. Paid for raised logos, which you didn't do. Unless 1.5/32 of an inch is raised. Large spots where the black hat is showing on the logos because they didn't stitch it correctly. And you want me to pay for remakes!

@LidsCustom@lids You said you DM me.. you did and you mention to click a box that isn't on your site. I've been on the phone with lids trying to find out what is going on. I'm trying to order 90 custom hats and will need more. Your customer service has been horrible.
@LidsCustom@lids After spending $111 on two hats and approving the proof, a week later I get an internal help desk ticket saying one of the hats was backordered. No mentioned to what hat, I had to reach back out. I gave replacement sku numbers and nothing. You don't have a phone number.
