@aisforabbyx3 @Jason_Tartick Though I admit I've asked the 5 year question. I want to see if people want to stay in the same field. Had people admit they don't. I think I even encouraged one to pursue her education and finish her degree if she was passionate about it.

@aisforabbyx3 @Jason_Tartick As an interviewer I ask people what their 1 year goals are either personal or professional. I do it sometimes to gauge motivation. Some answers have been getting a new car, paying off debt, buying a puppy, ect.
