@NadiaKamil I’ve taken to storing my pen in my hair as standard now. I was routinely losing multiple pens a day. I now on average gain one a day.
So I guess that makes me the real winner…

@drPramV @AssimJavaid @maxraja92 There is definitely a place for it, and I’m interested to see whether it feels any different as an F1 compared to as a medical student.
Personally, I don’t have a problem with feedback and debate around the topic, but think this should be a verbal discussion rather than written

@drPramV @AssimJavaid I agree with @maxraja92 The fact that it’s summative takes away any sort of joy in doing it. I’ve had feedback on my written reflections which completely missed the point. Many people reflect naturally, but it just becomes a box ticking exercise
