y’all… we’re living through a pandemic. through quarantine & isolation. through the death of loved ones. ON TOP of the struggles & battles of everyday life. if there is ever a time to be vulnerable, to talk to someone, to seek help… it’s now. let’s end the stigma. #BellLetsTalk
We all struggle. Some more, some a little less. All equally as important & valid. Be nice to those around you, you never know what someone is going through

If someone finds the strength to open up to you today… listen, and love. That’s what we need, non-judgemental listening, and unconditional loving. ❤️ #BellLetsTalk
One unfortunate myth is that people with mental illness are violent, perpetuated by negative portrayals in the media. People with mental illness are more likely to be victims.
By spreading awareness, we can move beyond myths to help people who need it the most.

It’s #BellLetsTalk day and surprisingly, this is the hardest tweet I’ve sent in a while. It’s difficult to talk about mental health when you’re going through it. If you feel alone, I promise I’m with you. These are without a doubt some tough times. Better days ahead.
Keep talking, we’re listening. ❤️
Thanks to all who have already shared their reasons for supporting the mental health movement! Responses are inspiring and show just how strong we are together.
Don’t forget to share your story or reason!

It’s time we said no more discrimination, no more ignorance, and no more funding gaps. It’s time for every Canadian to rally together to ensure mental illness gets the same priority as any other illness. #MentalHealthIsHealth#BellLetsTalk
