@SouthwestAir where you can be an A-List Flyer for almost twenty years which meant something to now still be A-List and get stuck in group 5 for boarding AND have to gate check a bag. That’s for rewarding my loyalty. Time to fly with the cheapest option moving forward
@AirCanada worst travel day ever!! First flight delayed 35 min. Then had us on the tarmac for an hour. Then rebook us while we are on our first flight. 7 hour layover to then wait on another tarmac for an hour. Then wait 2 hours for our bags in BNA w/ no customer service.
@AirCanada still not response from @chat_hub37536 is this your idea of customer service. Wow one thing you are are great at. Taking forever and horrible customer service
@chat_hub37536 3 hours later and no response. Is that prompt In Air Canada’s opinion? That’s on track w/ the delays & everything else I’ve seen so far from you guys. Maybe this is a skeleton crew excuse like we were told last night. Great timely customer service. Bring on the excuses
@AirCanada first make us leave late so we miss out connection . Then we have to wait 7 hours to fly. Then we are waiting for over an hour with no bags at BNA and no one to talk to for help. Horrible service all day long.
My dad & grandpa worked for @AmericanAir for combined 70 years. Then you had to be kind, classy & good at your job. Today’s American is not even close. Rude people from baggage check to flight attendants. Sad this once great airline is like this now. #flysouthwest
@AmericanAir epic fail today and especially at DFW. Been sitting on the tarmac and now will miss our connection that we already had to change to later because our first flight (this flight was late departing). Not the AA that my grandfather and dad worked for for 70 years.
@SouthwestAir Well I mentione this to yall every month and get these same lame replies. So I’m sure you will hear from me next month again when it happens again.
@SouthwestAir 4 months in a row the last flight out of RDU to BNA I’ve taken is delayed more than 45min. This is getting frustrating!! Excuses are getting ridiculous
@SouthwestAir Also next when you raise rates pilots, crews flight attendants etc will want more money. This will lead to strikes and labor issues that will impact flyers . $360 + million in profits in one quarter and now this. No different than the airlines. Why stay with you?
Hey @SouthwestAir now you announce getting rid of open seating? What’s the point of being loyal & getting A List? Was the $367 million profit for second quarter not enough? Sounds like greed & not taking care of us longtime loyal A List customers. Time to find another airline
@SouthwestAir How does it not? Being A List I would board higher than others and when family flew with me we could sit together . Now we have to pray to be able to get the same seats. And it’s change for greed. Guess yall didn’t learn from eastern, pan am, continental etc.
