Took advantage of the national holiday and had a good training. 16km bike ride, then running and 16km bike ride back home. Just me myself and I. I even liked the rain because it makes for less people on the streets 😉 #beautifulcologne

Restart of our morning mile. In training for the Zurich triathlon come June. We’re starting our mile doing intervall runs. I love how my ice bear (aka my dog) loves the snow (just as much as I do)

Some dreams do come true. As a teenager I didn’t have the opportunity to travel around a lot to where these boys were. didn’t see them often & more importantly never met them in person. This is why I am heavily soaking up theses moments now that I imagined would never happen 😍
