Taxi's win over Uber at LAX tonight. New Uber pickup area is total chaos. 20-30 min wait in line. Even Comfort option still 20 min wait to pickup. Bailed. Walked over to taxis ..... No line. Got right in.

United airlines fail. Travel 150K/yr. Was #1 or 2 on upgrade list. But something broke. Now #15-20. Without upgrades, no value. Was told top tier 4x higher, so upgrades scarce. United needs up FF to 150K/yr. Otherwise why stay? Alaska Air invited me. Upgrades so far - 100%! HINT
