Why Peace Has Been Impossible for Over a Century
Because the Israel-Palestine conflict was never fundamentally a political or territorial dispute.

At its core, it is an ideological and religious conflict rooted in supremacy and cancellation.

For many Muslims, Jewish history, identity, and connection to the land must be denied.

They have spent 1,400 years attempting to erase the Jewish presence, from claiming the Al-Aqsa Mosque sits on top of the Jewish Temple while simultaneously denying the Temple ever existed, to hijacking Jewish prophets and rewriting Jewish history.

They accuse the indigenous Jewish people of being “colonizers” and “occupiers” precisely to hide the real issue: a religious mindset that cannot accept Jewish sovereignty on what they consider exclusively Islamic land.

This spirit of cancellation and delegitimization is itself a form of aggression.

This is why, after more than a century, a genuine and lasting peace remains so difficult to achieve.
