@EastMidRailway The simple is no. There was no advice or apology for making people stand. The announcements were barely audible. Then to add insult to injury, we had to queue to get out & my ticket didn't work but the staff just stood there and watched & then pointed to a gate which they opened

@EastMidRailway running half a train and scrapping seat reservations really pisses people especially when your staff at each station don't warn people. Standing all the way from Derby to London does spoil the trip!!

What a beautiful day we had in the garden yesterday, the flowers were out, a little Easter Egg hunt plus we had the steam train coming through Gipsy Hill (we can't take credit for that)
