After finishing #FounderBrand, I finished my goal of posting to LinkedIn and Twitter everyday. Blitzing the algorithms and re-energizing my followers. Plus I gained a couple too. Now it’s time to step back, and strategize. Slow down now, to speed up growth later.

My favorite part, at the moment, about customer interviews is capturing their voices, language and personalities using #sketchnotes. Though, I’ll be honest, I could use some help structuring the interviews to uncover the most useful information. #servicedesign#designthinking

@tottinge@RichRogers_ It was refreshing to read this thread on twitter! I saw it on LinkedIn yesterday and felt... icky. Especially since I’m a newbie to the agile discourse — it was tough to see the competitive language and posturing that exists in the “scrum chamber of horrors”
