The forward beam in our galley has our official number carved into it. “15801”. This has been her number since 1871, and it’s how we follow her history. And the woodcook stove dates to 1919. I can smell the coffee perking in this pic! #schoonersesquicentennial

Ritchie Compass #10100, manufactured by E.S Ritchie & Sons of Massachusetts in 1879, sold to Edward Potter of Maine. Ritchie Navigation still makes nautical instruments and compasses today. The compass is still 100% accurate #ritchienavigation
