Got caught by warranty expiring and busy schedule. @BestBuy unwilling to extend the 2 year warranty for son's laptop that had a piece break earlier this week by 2 days. With the holiday weekend finally able to get a chance to take it in and missed the window. Disappointed

Do not do business with @rheem! Our Marathon water heater caught on fire and luckily our home did not burn down on 3/16/24! We bought this tank because of its lifetime warranty. Our family of 6 has been without hot water since then. #housefire #nowarranty #disappointed

@rheem Thank you the canned response, but I have only been given one option and otherwise told it is out of my pocket for your failed product that is under warranty. I need someone higher up to speak with. I have spoke through this option for 2.5 weeks with no success to resolution.
