Santa Clara 11th-grader Fabrizio Simental earned a CIF Prelims berth with a first-place finish in the 100 meters (12.26). Fabrizio also finished 2nd in the 200 (26.37) and also advanced with the boys' 4x100 team. @vcspreps

Santa Clara 9th-grader Emily Starna earned a CIF Prelims berth with a first-place finish in the 800 meters. Emily also finished second in the 400, as well as third in both the shot put and discus. @vcspreps

Santa Clara 9th-grader Eythan Prado earned a CIF Prelims berth with a first-place finish in discus, setting a PR of 103-06. It was our first 100'+ discus throw since 2023. @vcspreps
