Here we go again.
🚨 California’s parole board has granted parole to yet another child sexual predator from Sacramento. @CAgovernor Gavin Newsom’s elderly parole law once again is about to set another predator free.
Meet Gregory Vogelsang.
He kidnapped/lured and molested 5 young kids, one as young as 3 years old.
He was sentenced to 355 YEARS TO LIFE for sexually assaulting children.
A jury convicted him of 23 counts of forcible lewd acts on young boys.
Now he’s being released unless Newsom’s parole board REVERSES this insane decision on March 18th.
Let’s tell the parole board how you feel about serial child predators being released when a judge sentenced him to LIFE.

Time to stop this madness.
Time to stop the madness. Putting Killers over child murder victims speaks volumes about the policies of our politically appointed parole board and @GavinNewsom

@GavinNewsom your appointed parole board did it again.
Meet Joshua Kruzik a child murderer. At 23yo this predator beat an 18month old baby girl to death. He was babysitting for friends, & became enraged when the child would not stop crying. His excuse steroids & alcohol consumption before he went to babysit.
Sentenced to 15-life for murder & 25-life for beating the child.. can someone please explain why after less than 15yrs in prison this monster has been granted parole?!?!?
This is unacceptable- where is the accountability - where is the consequences.
California is sending a message that it is ok to murder children … you will spend a few yrs in prison & will be released early to continue your life. Kruzik is 37yo with a second chance…while this baby girl was taken from this earth at just 18months old.
On top of admitting to repeatedly hitting the baby’s head, he strangled her, & laid her in the crib for her parents to find lifeless hours later.

Close the loopholes that are allowing predators early release.
Californians were fed up with retail theft and passed Prop 36 in all 58 counties with nearly 70% voter approval.
Instead of fully funding and implementing what voters demanded, state legislators drafted AB 2108 and created yet another diversion program: this time for retail theft offenders.
Like mental health diversion, it offers another way to avoid jail time. Offenders even walk away without a conviction on their record. Even more surprising is that some of California’s largest retailers, along with the California Retailers Association, support the bill despite reporting billions of dollars in losses due to retail theft.
Voters wanted meaningful consequences for retail theft offenders, but the state legislature moved in the opposite direction.
The frustration is real. CA is a state circling the drain. Once a great state of hope and prosperity has now become a government funded disaster. The blame is squarely on the policies of @CAgovernor and the likes of @KarenBassLA

@GavinNewsom your appointed parole board holds the hands of predators.
Gabriela Mariana Morales convicted of murdering her 4yo child Brandon Morales. This sick predator & her boyfriend Alberto Guzman tortured this child til his last breath. She was sentenced to 25 to Life but early parole granted after serving less than 15yrs in state prison.
Keep our communities safe.
Victims deserve to be heard.
Make criminals take accountability.
Keep violent predators in prison.

Governor Newsom appointed them. Senate Democrats just confirmed them.
Board of Parole Hearings Commissioners who released dangerous predators back into your neighborhoods and won’t even let you see how they voted.
Today, Sacramento chose predators over victims.
What a disgrace. 70% of Californians voted to hold people accountable who continuously RIP people off. Only to be destroyed by the very people elected to protect public safety. Shame on them.
🚨 WARNING: Criminal-First Agenda in California
In the dead of night, California Democrats rammed through AB 2108 — a bill that guts Prop 36 enforcement and puts criminals back on the streets!
Prop 36 passed in every single county in the state because Californians are fed up with the chaos. Now Democrats want to create a soft diversion program for all retail theft crimes.
This is absolutely ridiculous. We have to lock toothpaste behind glass shields because criminals have a death grip on this state.
AB 2108 is a direct slap in the face to the supermajority of Californians who just want safe streets and real accountability.
We voted for Prop 36 and now your California legislators are working to undermine it before even funding it.
