@ArlParentsforEd There's no "ruling" here. Someone complained that the software being used didn't always have alt-text for images, tables didn't have headers, etc. APS said "OK, we'll get on that". OCR said "cool, we'll just keep an eye on it for a while".
What am I missing here?

Rainbows are awesome b/c they involve millions of water droplets that reflect and refract light into YOUR eyes (or camera lens). The person next to you sees light from different raindrops.

@APSVirginia hey, APS email system seems broken. Is this being communicated in any way? End of the quarter and teacher work day is not a great day for this, but lack of communication is even worse.

As a precaution, a Boil Water Advisory is issued following water transmission main break at Glebe & Chain Bridge. See highlighted map area. Bring water to boil for 3 minutes, then allow to cool before consuming. Advisory is out of an abundance of caution due to pressure loss.

The 2019 #NobelPrize in Physics has been awarded with one half to James Peebles “for theoretical discoveries in physical cosmology” and the other half jointly to Michel Mayor and Didier Queloz “for the discovery of an exoplanet orbiting a solar-type star.”

@fnoschese You're looking to retain the showmanship as well as technology to make things interactive. I'm not a fan of Smart Boreds b/c they promote a one-to-many lecture-focused class. And the "gee-wizz" factor is pretty well faded (ooh look, Prezi!). Let physics dazzle the kids not EdTech
