"The systematic destruction of residential buildings and public structures has become a central part of the Israeli army’s operations, and in many cases, the primary objective."

🚨Journalists in Gaza Urge Global Media to Report on Atrocities Without Bias:
During a protest by journalists in Gaza, participants called on global media organizations to fulfill their responsibilities towards their colleagues in Gaza and to report on the atrocities without bias.
They emphasized the need to refrain from aligning with the Israeli army, which has been continuously killing civilians in Gaza since October 7.
For each Palestinian life that should and could have been saved in Gaza, we have been put to the test. And we have failed, over and over. We must not fail again.
All of us must do all we can to save Dr Abu Safiya.
#FreeDrHussamAbuSafiya
For almost a year, I worked in Kamal Adwan and I worked closely with Dr Hussam Abu Safiya. We worked together on filming cases of the sickest children and documenting the horrors we were facing.
Many of my colleagues and friends in Kamal Adwan were killed and there are some whose fate remains unknown. Today, I found out that Dr. Hussam was beaten with batons by the occupation. My heart sank knowing how much this person has given to his community and how he refused to leave the medical staff or patients.
Frontliners are being burned alive, tortured, interrogated and humiliated in front of all of you. What is left to say? What is left to do? What does the world want from us? We are tired.
Gaza Soup Kitchen: Chef Mahmoud, Dedicated to Serving Palestinian Civilians, Assassinated by Israeli Drone
Gaza Soup Kitchen, which coordinates humanitarian aid efforts in Gaza, has issued a statement regarding the tragic death of Chef Mahmoud. This morning, Chef Mahmoud was assassinated by an Israeli drone as he stepped out of his home to begin his daily routine at Kamal Adwan Hospital. Known for his unwavering commitment to serving Palestinian civilians, Mahmoud played a critical role in ensuring the hospital had the supplies it needed.
The statement emphasized that Mahmoud’s assassination was a deliberate attack on his efforts to alleviate the suffering of Palestinian civilians in Gaza. His work had become a lifeline for many, standing in defiance of the systematic destruction and displacement being carried out.
“This news is devastating. Just yesterday, Mahmoud shared his plans and ongoing efforts to support the community. Today, his absence leaves a void deeply felt by his grieving family and the thousands of families who relied on his support,” Gaza Soup Kitchen officials said.
Mahmoud leaves behind seven children. His youngest is only two weeks old, while his eldest is still hospitalized, recovering from severe injuries sustained in a prior Israeli drone attack. Gaza Soup Kitchen asked, “How do you explain such a loss to a child?”
His absence is a profound loss for his family and the northern Gaza community. Gaza Soup Kitchen stressed the vital importance of Mahmoud’s contributions and highlighted how his tragic death underscores the immense challenges faced by the Palestinian people.
“Despite this sorrow, we remain steadfast. Mahmoud’s memory will continue to symbolize justice and resilience. We condemn this cowardly attack, which targeted not only Mahmoud but also the survival and dignity of the Palestinian people.”
Gaza Soup Kitchen called on the international community to urgently act to protect civilians and prevent further atrocities. Mahmoud’s legacy will endure as a testament to the resilience of the Palestinian people and their unyielding pursuit of justice.
Likely raped to death.
A doctor. A stellar surgeon. The embodiment of Palestinian ethics.
Likely raped to death.
The racism of Western media who are not covering this, and Western politicians who are not denouncing this, together with the thousand other testimonies and allegations of rape and other forms of mistreatment and torture that Palestinians have suffered in Israeli jails, is absolutely sickening.
