@virginmedia virgin media proved me right! promised the service would be up + running by 9.30 this am. thought it doubtful going by the state of the service so far. no service. no network. no call to tell me what is going on. no hope. is anybody there?

@virginmedia signed up to virgin media. engineer arrived and set up 8am today. still not live. network is down. no broadband. waited for phone call. didn't happen. now in a Q to get fixed. "guaranteed" it will be resolved in 24 hrs. Switch to Super? Really? Can u help PLEASE?

@virginmedia seems to. then I try and log-in and it doesn't recognise me. absolute waste of time . I've really had enough already. Can you not just look on the system please?

@virginmedia "guaranteed" it will be within 24 hours since engineer left. If they dont know what the problem is how can they guarantee that? If they know it can be fixed within 24 hrs, why can't it be fixed in 2 or 3? call centre in India very dismissive of problem. Very, very poor. regrets.

@virginmedia network went down just before the engineer left. he said it would kick in after a few mins. or someone would call after 1hr. didn't hear anything. after 2.5 hours I rang. they say network error. I just left talktalk after 10 yrs because of poor service. terrible 1st impression VM
