I feel like whatever someone will say on this, somehow there's always going to be a loophole as to why it doesn't bring light to the current movement for the black community. @ThayneStieg @mbrad02 He's told he's under arrest for speeding 36sec into the video. By law, AS SOON as he was pulled over, he should've been told this incident was due to speeding. The P.O. caused this to escalate. Easily could've been avoided w/ calm & open communication from the start.

@c_miller2014 @mbrad02 I mean that's why he resisted in the first place! He wasn't even told WHY to begin with. The escalation comes from the officer trying to arrest him w/o communicating it was for speeding right from the start. I'd pull my hands away, too, if I wasn't being told why.

@c_miller2014 @mbrad02 Your siuations are quite comparable. Difference is is that you weren't threatened w/ arrest. Asked to get out of his car w/o being told why even though it's law to do so. Told he's under arrest for "resisting arrest" w/o being told WHY in the first place. THIS is the difference:(
