I have to comment when law enforcement and news outlets tell the general public on how to he safe with regards to the criminal at large. PLEASE tell everyone to turn ON notifications on their security and doorbell cameras they would then know the very moment he is at that loc.

@LSCinRDAB That's what I used to say that dogs bark, but if you seen what I have seen, its ridiculous, the amount of loud barking and they wait until you get right near the fence and then they explode at you I have lived my life around dogs and this makes me jump.

@LSCinRDAB I don't understand what's happening the new thing is to feel great that your dog is blasting away at someone as they walk by your property. No one comes out to quiet the dog down, no owner around, and definitely no apology. This is what I do I do not let my dogs bark at someone.
