My honest take on the food debate the best food in Pakistan is, without any doubt, found in Quetta. Baluchi cuisine is simple and authentic nothing overly complicated. With fewer spices and richer natural flavour, the food speaks for itself. Lahore and Karachi don’t even come close to the way they handle meat. Their cooking preserves the natural taste, texture, and richness in a way that is truly unmatched.

And when it comes to hospitality, they can easily surpass any city in the world. Baluch take immense pride in their hospitality for them, it is not just a custom, but a tradition and a matter of honour
