I can't be the only person this has happened to -- @AmazonFamily_US decided to discontinue Teen Profiles, so my under 18 y.o. kids have been dropped from my Prime account! And you can't add them all back as adults bc only 1 additional adult is allowed to be added. Ridiculous!

Why did you remove the teen access for prime accounts and shopping?

Does @Amazon really despise families? The ability to add a teen to my Prime(tm) account has been a godsend to encourage my kids to be independent. They buy their own clothes and other necessities without me doing anything but approving the purchases. How much money are you expecting to make by forcing families to buy new prime accounts for their kids?

Nothing says you despise and disrespect families than removing a benefit from Prime memberships that allowed teens to buy (with adult supervision!) things they need from Amazon using their parents' prime account.

Worse, you emailed two of my kids saying they were no longer teens and had to get their own adult accounts -- both of them are not 18, one is 15 and the other is 16.
