Imaging techniques can help discover if there’s a tumor in the kidney, how big it is, and exactly where it’s located. A common imaging technique used for kidney cancer testing is an intravenous pyelogram (IVP). The IVP is particularly useful for spotting changes..
There are a couple types of nephrectomies such as, a partial nephrectomy or a radical nephrectomy, which are described in brief in the accompanying video.

📣 a PSA video about PSA (prostate-specific antigen) testing!
Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is a protein produced by the prostate gland, which is part of the male reproductive system. Doctors use PSA testing to evaluate the risk of prostate cancer.
Early screening is crucial to receive necessary treatments and you can discuss with your physician about prostate cancer screening starting at age 45 or earlier if you’re in a high-risk group.

The prostate is a small walnut-shaped gland in the male reproductive system. Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer among males in the US. Common symptoms are associated with alterations to urination and pelvic pain.
However, in the early stages, kidney cancer may not cause noticeable symptoms. Physicians often use imaging tests (CT scans, MRIs) and biopsies to diagnose this type of cancer.

Non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) is a type of bladder cancer that remains confined to the inner layers of the bladder without spreading deeper. It is characterized by tumors that grow on the surface lining of the bladder mucosa.
Mitomycin-C (MMC) is an antitumor treatment that inhibits DNA synthesis by creating DNA cross-links, ultimately leading to cell death. Cancer cells, which divide faster and with less error correction than healthy cells, are particularly sensitive to this treatment.
..by recruiting T cells to the area. With higher amounts of T cells near the tumor, they can then specifically target these transformed cells and destroy them.
