Another hit for the black box algorithms trying to sell injury prediction.
Save yourself $74,999.75 and flip a quarter instead. Just as accurate

If @GovSherrillNJ@NJTRANSIT are going to change these higher fares to cover costs bc @FIFAWorldCup doesn’t want to pay…….shouldn’t local residents (NJ, even NY PA CT) get a highly discounted rate? They are tax payers just like commuters?
Same applies for other cities, LA etc
We inherited an agreement where FIFA is providing $0 for transportation to the World Cup.
And while NJ TRANSIT is stuck with a $48 million bill to safely get fans to and from games, FIFA is making $11 billion.
I’m not going to stick New Jersey commuters with that tab for years to come.
FIFA should pay for the rides. But if they don’t – I’m not going to let New Jersey get taken for one.
Hot rumor is that Whoop is going to sue Tag Team for the song “Whoomp There is it is.” Says that the word Whoop from the 1993 smash hit is too close to there company name formed 25 years later. https://t.co/S8LUFiELWQ @bevel_health
Whoop filed a lawsuit against us, and this is our response.
TL;DW:
- June 2024: Whoop's Corp Dev reached out wanting to "explore collaboration"
- 5 months later: cease and desist letter
- Their demands: disable dark mode (ours defaults to light mode), rename common words like "Strain" and "Recovery"
- We pushed back. Our lawyers exchanged letters for months. Then they went silent.
- 2 weeks ago: sued us in Delaware with no warning
- Their 111-page complaint claims our UI copies theirs but many of their own screenshots contradict their claims
- Fun fact: Whoop updated their home screen to look like ours, not the other way around

@JasonKelce But if memory serves from a long long time ago…. @jasonkelce didnt let anyone squirt water for him (at least during preseason camp), he just grabbed it from the caddy., and he loved his gatorlytes.
Selling two tickets at face value for m4 USA vs Paraguay. Yes I know they are not cheap but will be couple hundred less than what’s on stubhub or in the next random drop.
Dm me if interested.

It’s worth noting that supplementing more than 1-1.5 grams per day is reasonable associated with bad outcomes with no added benefits (outside of very specific conditions that are better treated by other interventions.
This guy’s medical advice is outright scary.

@stewartflaherty Sorry. This isn’t right.
Yes its curved lens & 6&18 aren’t parallel (or perpendicular) so angle of VAR line will change as ball moves towards GL.
Their settings are inverse. The lower part line should move more across the screen than top like upside down windshield wiper
Donovan McNabb wants the Eagles to bring back Kevin Patullo next season.
“Jalen has had four or five offensive coordinators since entering the league — and eight or nine since he stepped on Alabama’s campus. How do you develop as a quarterback when you’re constantly learning a new offense?”
@DirtyFootbaIIer And it’s a Red Card to the player in white for violent conduct…
And for those that want to argue, it’s a test question on the #ref exam
Going to change @Tony_Villani_ target but not main message.
How many of #AthleticTrainer friends do rehab/prehab before practice?
Stopped doing that 20 years ago much to coaches dismay, but still see many doing it.
40s after a good warmup and adequate rest is called speed training. Doing it with limited rest is called conditioning. This can hamper speed. Doing 40s after a Leg Workout is just stupid and can cause injury. Same drill. Different outcomes. Philosophy>Exercise 100% of time.
