A6: setting aside time for reflection, I like to take notes in my plan book to reference later or next year. I also do a end of the evening ‘debrief’ that happens to coincide with teeth brushing #novaedchat

A3: one intention I have is to improve one “thing” each day, whether it be personal or professional. Learn a new skill (work or fun), read for pleasure (take care of mental self ), workout (take care of physical self). Each day I make a small improvement #novaedchat

A2: going back to grad school after 20 years and finishing my admin cert. never thought I would write papers again. Helped me relate to my HS seniors in a academic way. Positive self talk/pride in finishing during a pandemic and teaching and family etc. #novaedchat
A1: one of my goals was too not sweat the small stuff that I can’t control. I also wanted to have a better separation between work and home life. I am doing okay with both, always room to improve. #novaedchat
