Puinoon: If I were to respond, I’d ask them back, "Is it really that bad? Which part is bad?" Could you give me your reasons? That way, I can reflect on myself, because sometimes we do things unconsciously without realizing it, right? So asking them helps me improve. Wherever I’m lacking, I’m totally ready to adjust and develop myself to become a better version of who I am.

Bint: Exactly! If someone told me it’s bad, my response would be pretty similar: "Wait, what's bad about it?" It’s actually great if they tell us directly where the issue lies.
If it’s genuinely bad and it’s something I can fix... especially if it affects or bothers others, then I should definitely adjust it. But if they say it’s bad without giving any real reason, or if what they’re saying isn’t even true, then I might just filter it out 🛑
I might listen, but if their feedback comes with pure bias, I’ll just nod along and not take it to heart. Otherwise, it’ll just bring me down. Honestly, that’s just life... we come across all kinds of comments. Some people genuinely care, while others just want to put you down.

We really have to filter these words ourselves. Besides sending encouragement to everyone, I want to remind us all that in society, we’re all bound to run into things like this sooner or later🪷
