@gcashofficial 207305623. This is already the second time I posted this and over a week that the ticket is opened. Money saved through Gsave is not accessible for more than a week. Totally unacceptable.

@gcashofficial This is already a week long. I cannot access my Gsave CIMB account which has a significant amount. The response has been slow and not treated with priority. Unacceptable for a fintech app. I am escalating to BSP soon.

@SKYserves your customer service is the worst. In queue since last night, and agent assigned is around 530am? You expect us to wait for that long and respond immediately early morning? Then drop us off without even offering anything?
