@JCbackfire Yeah it can be rough. It’s also probably extra hard streaming because one of the things you can do to ease the difficulty is to grind out better cards. But I know grinding for cards doesn’t make a great stream.
@DistantCoder My first thought is that it is ‘controlled’ any player can stop at any time. Let it go to time.
If time out is not an option, I would probably tell UT to stop attacking. There is no way for them to come out ‘ahead’ without our intervention.
@TrevorAllenMD@UndeadDuelist Never made it up to fully competitive, but I came ‘back’ to Yu Gi Oh (since old video games) with Masterduel, and Eldlich was my first deck that I have slowly morphed into a Zombie soup deck, replacing the floodgates.
@MBTYuGiOh Personally I fill a mug with ~ 1/4 cup honey, put about 1/2 a tsp of cinnamon in, and then just enough hot water to make it drinkable and sip that for a while.
@mikemearls Personally I, at least in concept, like the idea of something close to Average the checks with a small bonus added for each person trying.
Someone bombing the check should still drag the effort down, both for ‘realism’ and to avoid everyone always ‘helping’.
@JustinRYoung Potentially written with an audience in mind that may not be familiar with the latter’s definition.
Also to my (non-journalist) brain, it feels weird to go from explaining one insult to just listing the other. This feels like it flows better?
@ZachWeiner I agree that ‘collapse’ has connotations that are a bit too extreme for the reality, but for example: I work in a chemistry lab. We were running at ~1/3 the workers and could still barely source enough PPE to keep working. A lot of our consumables were the same.
If we can raise $500 for Gaza eSims and student protesters today, I'll be giving away my ghost rare Honest from Light of Destruction!
To enter, all ya gotta do is like this tweet and share it. At the end of stream, if we hit the goal, I'll roll a name to get this Edison classic!
Attention Duelists!
Tomorrow, Monday May 6th, I'm hosting a benefit stream to honor the many Palestinians fighting for their lives, and the student protesters being arrested for standing up for them.
Join me and some of your faves from 11:30 Pacific to who knows when!
@Cimoooooooo Proposal: Endboards would be more fair, fun, and interesting if more of the of the endboard monsters were mandatory effects with a cost to negate (like Light and Darkness Dragon had) instead of a quick effect to negate.
Yay or nay?
@Aella_Girl My call: “not real” but by virtue of the collected data indicating it is real, but it’s due to a mistake in the data collection and it will never be replicated.
@SunderCR For me, when I focus on it, it’s the same. However, the only time I can give that kinda of focus to an audio book is in situations like long highway driving. Otherwise my brain starts to multitask if I am only hearing audio. Reading a physical book forces my focus onto it.
