@MrJtalks This is beautiful! It seems such a calming environment, loving the mix of furniture and soft lighting. I can imagine this really lowers visual overwhelm for both the children and staff!

Student: Um, I don’t get it.
Me: Well, which one makes babies? You sure it’s a chair?
Student: Um nooo?
Me: Okay, does the internet make babies?
Student: Well yeah, of course miss, if you put the work into it!

It is impossible to plan lessons (ppts, questions) from scratch every day.

Publishers will spend *a long time* writing lesson material for a single lesson, let alone making five a day after a full day of working.

If you're planning from scratch - that's a school problem.

One of my favourite things in the world: observing a teacher period 1, giving them feedback period 2, then watching them implement it period 3.

Teacher development can be extremely rapid, but the conditions need to be right.
