@disastrid @thegoodgraduate @AcademicChatter I too left my postdoc due to toxic environment. I was asked to write down my reasons for leaving but no one just cared. I don't need that kind of negativity in my life anymore and bye bye academia forever. I love Science but happiness and mental wellbeing at the top now.
