@JKCardCo@CardPurchaser For pwe, it is better to have a flimsy envelope in my opinion. Less instances of non-machinable issues or postage due. Just make the card rigid, not the whole thing. I either buy a 30 pack of 6 by 9 envelopes (no clasp) from target, or dollar tree has them at 6 for $1.25
@CarsonKallCards@CardPurchaser@eBay I always put a disclaimer in my auctions that anything over $20 gets upgraded at no additional cost. If i didn't expect to go over anyway, it isn't a big loss, and it encourages people to bid higher, knowing they won't have to pay extra shipping
@CardPurchaser If you are going to ship via standard envelope, always use 3oz. This way if it is deemed non-machinable, there is still sufficient postage to get it through
@Piazzaboy31@CardPurchaser I actually wouldn't recommend using rigid envelopes for ESE. I use 6x9 plain white envelopes from target, and tape the card to a piece of cardboard. I rarely have delivery problems, and very low risk of getting deemed non-machinable or having postage due to the buyer
